I've been working long and hard on this one! Let me introduce you to the Fruit Sally 2.0!
The whole process starts a few days out, where I soak the fruits in a maple syrup/whole spice mix. Once its nice and sticky, I take out the whole spices and mix the fruit into the dough, let fermentation do its magic and then you are left with a delicious fruit loaf!

Ingredients: Flour, Water, Salt, Sultana, Raisin, Currant, Apricot, Date, Mixed Spices, Brown Sugar, Maple Syrup, (Cornmeal, Rice flour for dusting)
