The grove has 250 olives trees including seven varieties that have been carefully selected to best suit soil and climatic conditions in their grove. They include Frantoio, Mission, Coratina, Picual, Pendolino, Leccino and Manzanilla. Attention has been paid to ensuring that the soil is healthy and rich in carbon with active soil biology ensuring healthy and happy trees. All olives are handpicked at their peak ripeness and cold pressed in a single pressing within a few hours of picking. The result is a fresh, 100% natural, light, smooth extra virgin olive oil that is full in flavour and high in natural anti-oxidants. YUM!!!
