The Olive Sally is one of my most popular loaves. Chopped Kalamata and Sicilian olives are mixed with the zest of a lemon and mixed herbs are folded through the sourdough. Once finished baking I marinated the loaves with Long Gully Grove EVOO and sprinkle with Maldon salt fakes ( Chefs kiss)

 

Ingredients: 

Flour, Water, Salt, Kalamata olives, Sicilian olives, lemon zest, Mixed herbs, Olive oil, (Cornmeal, Rice flour for dusting)
