Sally's traditional sourdough journey begins with milling fresh whole grains from Goodies Farm located in Kendenup - Southern Western Australia. The freshly milled flour is then hand mixed together with a sustainable premium white, a pinch of salt from the natural Lake Deborah and water.

Each loaf is fermented for over 16 hours, lovingly handcrafted, and then stone baked fresh the morning of your delivery.


This beauty pairs nicely with some thick Danish butter, and well… Just about anything!
