About Sally's

Hi, my name is Bec and I have created a unique micro bakery based out of my home here in Perth, Western Australia.


I fell in love with making sourdough breads back in 2014 and have been refining and perfecting my craft every week since then.  I continue to learn new techniques and recipes, always using local and fresh ingredients where ever possible. 


I love the idea of being able to provide a healthy nutritious alternative of bread to my family, friends and local community.   

For a long time, I have wanted to work with food; especially baked goods or, as I like to call them, Delicious treats (DT).  So, by starting my own bakery, I can now share my dream and journey with you. Bringing joy to people through my food is what I’m all about!
